4116 Shenandoah - Sold to Shaw developer

On January 28th we closed on the sale of 4116 Shenandoah to a new local
developer.  They plan to complete an historic renovation to the building and
restore all four units iin the building.  The local team doing the work will be
utilizing state historic tax credits for the renovation of the building.  Shaw
Neighborhood Housing Corporation will supply technical assistance on
this project as well.  Another positive step for the neighborhood!
